A haven for young families
A space created by parents, for families. Tiny Bloom is a family run café built with love, care and intention for both children and grown ups. We created Tiny Bloom to be a safe, calming environment that encourages imaginative play, nurtures confidence and supports family life at every stage.
We run three 90 minute play sessions Monday – Saturday:
- 10am – 11:30am
- 12pm – 1:30pm
- 2pm – 3:30pm
Keeping our sessions small means children can enjoy a calmer, less crowded and safer play environment, while giving them plenty of space to explore, play and have fun. We also allow 30 minutes between each session so our team can thoroughly clean and sanitise the play area and toilets to ensure everything is fresh, clean and ready for the next little visitors. We believe that a little extra time and care makes for a much more enjoyable experience for both children and grown-ups.

Our children's bookshop lives under the same roof — a face-out wall of picture books, a cushioned reading nook and staff who genuinely want to talk about which book your three-year-old will demand nine times a night.
The bookshop side is open to browse through the day, so you can pop in for a story even without a play session booked.

We come to Tiny Bloom regularly, yesterday we had our daughters 1st birthday party here and i can’t thank Emma and the team enough, they work tirelessly to make sure the play cafe is safe, everyone is comfortable and looked after. The party package was exclusive hire of the play cafe which meant we had all of the facilities to ourselves. There is also a lovely book shop in the front. Great range of drinks and lovely lunch options for both adults and children - I couldn’t recommend tiny bloom enough to anyone looking for a safe environment for a play date or for a birthday party.

- Tiny Bloom is designed for babies and children aged 0–5. Everything from the play houses to the seating is scaled for little legs, so crawlers and pre-schoolers can explore safely side by side.
- Do I need to book a play session in advance?
- Booking online is the easiest way to guarantee a spot, especially at weekends and during school holidays. Sessions are kept deliberately small so the space stays calm.
- Is there somewhere for parents to sit?
- Yes. Our coffee bar is open throughout every session with proper coffee, cold drinks, snacks and cake, and there is grown-up seating with a clear view of the play area.
- Where is Tiny Bloom Play Cafe?
