We're a family-run business with a lot of love and even more passion for play, connection and community. Tiny Bloom was made with parents and children equally in mind.
Books first, then everything else
Our play café shares its home with Butterfly & Bee Books, our children's bookshop — a dream born from our own family's love of reading. We believe in the power of storytelling and want every child who visits to leave a little more likely to pick up a book.
That's why the reading nook sits right in the middle of things, and why story time happens between the toy kitchen and the farm shop rather than tucked away.

It takes a village
Parenting under-5s is easier with company. We built somewhere you can turn up alone and leave with a friend.
Play should be open-ended
Wooden toys, role play and imagination beat batteries and beeping every time.
Grown-ups matter too
A hot drink you actually finish is not a luxury. Our coffee bar stays open all session.
Made in Frinton, for Frinton
You'll find us on Connaught Avenue, a short walk from the greensward and the seafront. We're proud to be part of a small seaside high street, and we welcome families from Walton, Kirby Cross, Thorpe-le-Soken and Clacton every week.
