Children's bookshop in Frinton-on-Sea, where imagination comes to life
Our family-run children's bookshop is tucked in under the same roof as the play café. Little ones are welcome to sit down and browse, and our love of nature runs through everything we choose — from first-words board books to open-ended wooden toys.
Welcome to our little bookshop
We built a proper child-friendly shop: low shelves little hands can reach, books turned face-out so covers do the talking, and a big selection of open-ended toys that encourage creativity rather than doing the playing for them.
Our collection is carefully curated and leans towards nature — bugs and birds, seasons and oceans, planets and gardens. We'd love to help inspire the next generation to notice the world around them and look after it.

- Independent and family-run, with recommendations for every age from newborn upwards.
- Gifts wrapped and ready if you're heading straight to a birthday party.
